Potluck and kirtan with Bhakti Sangeet ( Tulsi and Michael from L.A)
Through the sacred practice of Kirtan, repetitiously chanting the names of the divine, a devotional practice originating in ancient India, Michael Bucher and Tulsi Bagnoli will guide you on a musical meditation and yogic journey deep into the essence of Bhakti---the yoga of the Heart, the yoga of Love. Come open your heart, sing in sangha (community) and step into the essence of your own being. This call and response practice is like a prayer, the sound quality of your voice is not heard, what matters is the sincerity within your heart. No singing skill or experience necessary.
